Yerevan maintains contact with Moscow to address issues

In Armenia, the presence of problems in relations with Russia has been recognized. Yerevan maintains contact with Moscow to address these issues, said the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, Ararat Mirzoyan, in an interview with the channel “Al Jazeera,” which was published on the website of the Armenian Foreign Ministry.

“In the context of Armenian-Russian relations, there are certain problems and issues, and yes, we have a dialogue on these issues. Among them are issues that require full mutual understanding,” the minister said, clarifying that such problems are not uncommon in international relations.

He added that Armenia is currently actively strengthening cooperation with other partners, including the US and the European Union. Among other things, issues related to ensuring stability on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border are being discussed.
