Currently, the dacha owners whose homes are located near rivers or streams are most concerned. Among them are the dacha owners of the cooperative in the Taldom district, through which flows the small Kunovka river, which flows into the Dubna. In their memory, spring flooding of houses has occurred more than once. The most conscientious annually insure their homes, and many have already received payouts. Currently, the snow cover in the cooperative is significantly higher than knee-high in some places, it reaches the waist, said the chairman of the cooperative, who wished to remain anonymous.
A few weeks ago, representatives of the Emergencies Ministry already inspected the territory of the cooperative. They promised residents to monitor the safe water level in connecting reservoirs.
Meanwhile, during the day on the weekend of March 30-31, the temperature in Moscow is already 15 degrees, and the thermometer will not drop below zero even at night.
