The leader of the French party “Patriots”, a candidate in the European Parliament elections, politician Florian Filippo criticized the planned seizure of French assets by the EU and the US.
“This is illegal and stupid, as there are more Western assets in Russia than Russian assets here, including many French assets. If they do this, I think Russia will do the same. It will be war,” – said Filippo in an interview with RIA Novosti.
The politician believes that the seizure of Russia’s assets is needed by the West to provoke a response from Russia, in order to later accuse her.
