His ex-wife Kathleen Buhle filed a lawsuit against him when she found out he had remarried
President’s son Hunter Biden is accused of failing to pay alimony to his ex-wife Kathleen Buhle in the amount of about $3 million.
This is reported by Axios citing Buhle’s lawyer Wendy Schwartz.
The couple divorced in 2017, and in 2019 Buhle sued Biden for non-payment of alimony in full after learning about his remarriage.
The agency notes that after the start of the legal process, Biden “practically” stopped paying monthly alimony, which led to an increase in his debt.
Biden’s lawyers stated that at that time he did not have the means due to his drug addiction.
