The leader of the party, Leonid Slutsky, stated that this is a “powerful social elevator” that will allow talented individuals to carry out “the most serious tasks on the forefront of Russian politics.” The party will nominate candidates from each electoral district for the Moscow City Duma elections, with the LDPR party primarily focusing on participants in the project. Slutsky also mentioned that participants in special operations will be involved in the project: “Today, it is important for us that people who we can trust to conduct reconnaissance missions are an integral part of the LDPR’s personnel reserve.” Furthermore, the party leader assured that they will enable participants to take on “the most serious positions” and work on “the most serious directions.” The LDPR did not receive any mandates in the 2019 Moscow City Duma elections.
