Poland Suspects Russia of Involvement in Mall Fire

The authorities in Warsaw are investigating the version of the alleged possible involvement of Russian special services in the fire at a shopping center. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk, as reported by RIA Novosti.

However, Tusk did not provide any evidence. According to him, Polish security forces are currently focused on investigating sabotage in the country. They have already detained nine suspects in carrying out sabotage, and three more the day before.

In recent days, a series of major fires have occurred in Poland. One of them happened at a shopping center on Marywilsk Street in Warsaw on May 12. The chief commander of the state fire brigade, Mariusz Feltynowski, reported that the fire spread very quickly because the shopping center had too many flammable materials, especially textiles. The building was completely burned down.

In other days in Poland, a bus depot, a school, a chemical waste dump, and an explosion at a firefighter school have occurred.
