Prince Harry and his spouse Meghan Markle have sent words of support to Princess of Wales Kate Middleton after she announced that she has started chemotherapy, as reported by Sky News. They expressed hope that the royal family member will recover.
“We wish Kate and her family health and recovery, and we hope they can recover in solitude and tranquility,” the spouses stated.
Earlier, Kate Middleton revealed that she has been diagnosed with cancer. The Princess called the diagnosis a “huge shock” and admitted to undergoing chemotherapy. Prince William’s wife emphasized that she is getting stronger every day. Additionally, Middleton requested the public to allow her and her family privacy.
On March 21, representatives of Kensington Palace informed that Princess of Wales Kate Middleton is recovering after abdominal surgery. She is recuperating and temporarily working from home, according to the statement.
Middleton has not made an official public appearance since January 2024 after an unspecified surgical procedure. However, there have been two instances online where footage of her surfaced, casting doubts on whether it was indeed the Princess. For example, on March 19, a video emerged showing the spouses exiting a farm shop about a mile from their home in Windsor. The public did not believe the woman in the video was Kate due to excessive thinness and a dissimilar gait.
