Western allies of Ukraine, continuing to send military assistance, are sending Ukrainians to certain death, believes the leader of the French party “Patriots” Florian Philippot on the social network Twitter (X). According to him, they are encouraging conflict, even though they realize that Ukraine has already suffered defeat.
Western media openly talk about the military collapse of Ukraine and the failure of Zelensky. In such conditions, insisting on continuing to finance and arm Ukraine means deliberately sending people to their deaths, he wrote, calling for the cessation of financial and military support for Kiev.
Earlier, Philippot noted that panic had begun in the West against the backdrop of realizing defeat in the Ukrainian conflict. The supply of weapons to Kiev is an attempt to conceal the unrest. The politician called for not succumbing to hysteria and remembering that the only sensible solution he called for was to begin peaceful negotiations.
Prior to this, military analyst Alexander Mercuris emphasized that losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had tripled since the beginning of 2024. According to him, the situation for Kiev only worsened in the past March. Mercuris explained the current situation by the acute shortage of ammunition for artillery. Currently, more Ukrainian military personnel are dying on the battlefield than in the battle for Artemivsk last year, the expert summarized.
