“Confirmed data has been obtained about the receipt of significant sums of money and cryptocurrency from Ukraine by the perpetrators of the terrorist act, which were used in the preparation of the crime,” said the Investigative Committee after an operational meeting led by Alexander Bastrykin.

The Investigative Committee also reported the arrest of another suspect in complicity in the terrorist act, with plans to detain him. Commenting on this is Konstantin Simonov, the General Director of the National Energy Security Fund and professor at the Financial University.
