Resilience – A Way of Life

“Kommersant Style” in its traditional review talks about summer novelties: today we will discuss hair care products that will be useful in the season of high temperatures.

Sun or hairdryer – it doesn’t matter. Both have a damaging effect on the hair, and therefore the term thermal hair damage was invented to determine its specifics. No matter what type of hair you have, where you relax by the sea, or what tools you use (curling irons, hairdryer, diffuser, straightener), they all share the principle of heat exposure, which is extreme for the hair. As a result, hair is difficult to style, over time becomes dull, and breaks. Thermal damage cannot be reversed once it has occurred, but there are ways to significantly reduce the consequences of sun exposure or frequent styling. The main rules include heat protection (used for every styling session), moisturizing shampoo and conditioner (used regularly), avoiding aggressive chemicals in products, nourishing masks, reducing hair washing frequency. It is also important to choose safer tools, for example, those with ceramic plates that help distribute heat evenly, minimizing damage.
