Russian mobile operator MTS is in negotiations with the investment company O1 Properties to lease 10,000 square meters in the Silver City business center, located on Serebryanicheskaya Embankment in the center of Moscow. Three consultants who worked with the potential deal participants shared this information with Vedomosti. A source close to one of them confirmed this information, however, according to him, the contract between the two companies has not been signed yet, but it may happen soon. A representative of MTS did not respond to Vedomosti’s question about negotiations regarding the rental of space in Silver City. O1 Properties declined to comment.
