Other experts surveyed by “Vedomosti” also noted an increase in the number of transactions with premium real estate, although the dynamics differ. For example, a representative of Kalinka says that from January to June 2024 in Moscow, 820 expensive lots worth 111 billion rubles were sold, which is only 64% more than the previous year. According to their data, in the first half of 2021, 44% more deals were closed. In the company “Intermark Urban Real Estate,” there is a 67% increase this year (580 lots). Kalinka’s founder, Yekaterina Rumyantseva, notes that the highest activity in the market was observed in April of this year. A representative of Tekta Group assures that the maximum growth was in June: the number of transactions in that month increased by 45% compared to May.
