Mintsifry has prepared a bill that envisions placing data on SIM cards registered to Russian citizens on “Gosuslugi”.
Users will be able to see information about all phone numbers registered to their passport data. Additionally, numbers that a citizen did not register or does not actually use can be disconnected. In addition to notifying Russians through “Gosuslugi”, under the new rules, the operator will be required to send the subscriber an SMS and inform them through their personal account.
