Gannon Bond and Vadim Wolfson, former co-owner of the bank “FC Otkritie,” have been arrested in the United States. In Russia, he was known as Vadim Belyaev. They are accused of assisting VTB head Andrey Kostin in bypassing US sanctions, according to the US Treasury.

According to the American authorities, these individuals tried to help Kostin sell his property in Colorado for $12 million.
