The level of the Ural River in Orenburg is 1060 cm, with a critical mark at 930 cm. In Orsk, the water continues to recede. According to Governor Denis Pasler, the situation will peak within the next 24 hours. More than 3.6 thousand yards and over 2 thousand households are flooded in Orenburg.

As of 8:00 on April 11 (6:00 Moscow time), a total of about 12 thousand residential houses and around 15 thousand suburban plots are flooded in Orenburg Oblast, according to the data from the region’s fire safety and civil defense department. This is less than the figures from Wednesday morning, April 10—12.8 thousand and 15 thousand respectively. Dangerous levels are observed on the Ural River near Orsk, Orenburg, and Ilek, on the Ilek River near the settlement of Vesyolyy Pervyy, and on the Samara River near Buzuluk.

The Orenburg City Hall reported that the water level in the Ural has increased by 82 cm over the past 24 hours. As of 8:00 on April 11, it stands at 1060 cm, exceeding the critical mark by 130 cm. The level of the Sakmara River near Tatarskaya Kargala has decreased by 4 cm in a day, reaching 809 cm with a dangerous mark at 870 cm.
