The head coach of Porto, Sergio Conceicao, commented on the victory over Arsenal (1:0) in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16. “The players should be satisfied with the work they have done. They understood perfectly well which positions to take, based on the opponents’ condition, and how to act upfront to create sharpness. It was a good game, a true Champions League game. Our opponent had more ball possession, but Porto was always more dangerous,” Conceicao was quoted by the UEFA press service. The second leg will take place at the Emirates Stadium in London.
