The press service of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation announced that Russia will host the VII International Ethnosport Festival in 2025.
“The International Ethnosport Festival also has its own history, and Russia is ready to host this significant international event in 2025 in Kazan and provide high levels of service and organization. I am confident that holding the festival in Russia will make a significant contribution to the development of unique cultures and bring together vibrant ethnic competitions on one platform,” said Oleg Matytsin, Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation, to TASS.
The International Forum and Festival “Revival of Traditional Sports” took place from February 16 to 18, 2024 in Antalya under the auspices of the World Ethnosport Confederation.
