According to the source, Apple’s management has moved the release of the foldable iPhone from the fourth quarter of 2026 to the first quarter of 2027 due to issues with the foldable displays that do not meet the company’s standards.
It is noted that Apple is still in the early stages of developing the foldable iPhone. The company is reportedly testing two prototypes. Rumors suggest that the first foldable iPhone will have two displays: an external 6-inch screen and an 8-inch foldable screen. This device is expected to potentially replace the iPad mini.
