Discord has started blocking servers with forbidden information in Russia

On March 13, Roskomnadzor (RKN) added the messenger Discord and the app for viewing and creating short videos Yappy to the register of social networks. The register includes resources visited by over 500,000 Russian users daily, where information is disseminated through personal pages and there is advertising targeted at Russian consumers. According to the self-regulation law, social networks themselves must find and block prohibited content on their platforms, such as child pornography. Social networks are required to have a feedback form for users to report such information. Violators of the law face a fine of up to 8 million rubles.
